Leadership is the most studied topic in management
schools around the world. What do great leaders have in common,
and why?
LEADER proposes a few answers to this question. First, it provides
a model in which certain values (respect, pro-activity, co-responsibility)
and roles (strategist, coach and ambassador) are presented to improve
the quality of a manager's leadership communication abilities.
Second, Canadian leaders provide an account of their experiences
in different areas of activity (academia, the private sector, government,
labour), sharing their passion for their profession and their way
of exercising their leadership communication abilities.
